Circle of Care Forsyth, also known as Community Care Council Inc., has been dedicated to helping individuals and families in Forsyth for over 30 years. We provide essential assistance with food, utilities, rent, and other needs to support those facing hardships. At the heart of our organisation is a dedicated board of volunteers and committed staff who work tirelessly to serve the community.

How We Operate
Thanks to the generosity of donors, volunteers, and community partners, Circle of Care can sustain its vital services and extend a helping hand to those in need. Every contribution—whether a financial donation, volunteered time, or donated goods—plays a crucial role in supporting our mission. To maximise the impact of these resources, we implement cost-saving and sustainability initiatives that not only reduce expenses but also benefit the broader community.
We repurpose donated grocery bags for thrift store purchases, minimising waste and cutting costs. Unsellable items that cannot be used in our thrift store are carefully sorted and redirected to organisations such as Macon Rescue Mission, Haiti relief efforts, and Little Children of the World, ensuring that nothing goes to waste.
Additionally, we recycle metal and cardboard within Forsyth, further reducing our environmental footprint while reinforcing our commitment to community stewardship. Through these efforts, we make every dollar count, ensuring that donations go directly toward helping those who need it most.
Thrift Shop: Supporting Our Mission
Located at 52 West Adams Street, the Circle of Care Thrift Shop is a cornerstone of our operations. This expansive store, housed in a former warehouse, receives weekly donations and welcomes hundreds of shoppers seeking great bargains. The revenue generated supports our various ministries, ensuring that we can continue providing aid to those in need.
